Chartered Accountant, Auditor, member of AIAF (Italian Association of Certified Financial Analysts) and CEFA (Certified European Financial Analyst). Specialising in financial corporate analysis, architecture and management of economic-financial controlling systems, draw-up and due diligence of financial plans, business valuations, company re-organisation and IASs/IFRSs.

He has gained extensive experience in financial modelling, both by using vertical software (Oracle – Hyperion Strategic Finance) and by developing proprietary models based on customers’ requirements. He assists enterprises in drawing up business-financial plans within projects of corporate development and/or re-organisation. Specialising in certifying corporate re-organisation support plans, he has developed the main appraisal techniques of mortgages in compliance with the best international practice. He is in charge of carrying out assessment activities within the IASs/IFRSs, particularly of determining the value of intangible assets, impairment tests and fair value appraisals in non-active markets.

He cooperates with ABI educational centre in certification programmes for banking staff on the appraisal of company creditworthiness. He has lectured in several training courses at banks on various issues ranging from financial analysis to restructuring the indebtedness.
